  1. These Terms and use of the CD-Rom shall be governed by and construed in

  3. accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in

  7. Clause 10.1 is for the benefit of TNL only.  As a result it does not prevent TNL from

  9. taking proceedings relating to a dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction, and to the

  11. extent allowed by law, TNL may take concurrent proceedings in any number of

  13. jurisdictions.
